This notice covers the Kettle early email list. Roam Star Limited, trading as Kettle Mobile, is the data controller.

What you agree to

If you tick the box and join, we use your email address to send emails about Kettle Mobile’s launch and SIM plans. We rely on your consent. Joining is optional and does not affect whether you can apply for or buy a SIM. It does not sign you up for third-party marketing.

What we record

We record your email, the date and source of your signup, the consent wording version and any withdrawal. The wording for version early-email-v1 is: “Email me about Kettle Mobile’s launch and SIM plans. I can unsubscribe at any time.” Our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase, process information on our behalf. Authorised Customer service team can manage the list. We do not sell it.

How to stop emails

Every launch or SIM-plan email must include your personal unsubscribe link. You can also use the chat bubble to . We may need to confirm the subscribed email address. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We keep a limited suppression and consent record so that we can respect your choice and demonstrate what happened.

How long we keep the list

We keep active subscriptions while we use the list for the purpose you agreed to, and review them at least annually. If the launch is cancelled or the list is no longer needed, we remove the active list. Consent and suppression records are reviewed separately and kept only while needed to honour withdrawals and demonstrate compliance. Provider backup records follow their separate restricted backup lifecycles.

Your rights

Use the chat bubble to and ask for access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Eligibility documents and ID checks have a separate evidence deletion explanation. Registering an interest in Community SIMs is a separate request for information, not consent to this early email list.
