No email or documents?

Your Kettle contact can help you apply in person, including through a hostel, outreach team or support organisation. Staff can record an application without an email address.

You do not need to explain your personal circumstances. Ask the person helping you how to collect your decision.

Applications are reviewed by people. Funding is limited and applying does not guarantee a SIM. Supporting evidence is private and is not used for marketing.
